Raspberry Leaf Tea for Pregnancy
Our flagship teas combine just two herbs with complementary benefits to give you a focused tea blend. And what better combination for a pregnancy tea could there be than peppermint and red raspberry leaf?
Often referred to as “the woman’s herb”, red raspberry leaf tea is especially popular during pregnancy and in the lead up to birth. This herb is also commonly used during menopause and menstruation.
Often favoured by women in the second and third trimester, raspberry leaf tea pairs wonderfully with peppermint, a refreshing herb that helps to support relaxation and contributes to healthy digestion.
Peppermint Tea for Pregnancy
Peppermint’s cool, refreshing flavour is just one of the reasons we love it as an ingredient in herbal tea for pregnancy. This delicious herb is also used to help support the immune system, contributes to the normal function of the digestive tract, and helps to encourage relaxation. All great news during pregnancy.
Combined with the earthier flavour of red raspberry leaf, this flagship blend is a grounding and delicious herbal tea to enjoy at any time, but especially when growing a new life.

I suffer from really bad periods – very heavy and painful and I usually need prescription strength meds and soluble paracetamol just to be able to function for the first 3 days. This tea really helped my last period. I still took the prescription meds but didn’t need the additional paracetamol at all! I had literally no pain for the entire duration of my period. This stuff is amazing! I’m going to try it for the next couple of months and see how it goes! Also, it’s tastes really good too, so that’s a nice bonus!

I started drinking this a few weeks before my due date to try and help induce labour. I also read the reviews on here saying it promoted a quicker labour. It did nothing to start labour, but when it happened my labour was 3 and a half hours from start of contractions to baby arriving. No time for any pain relief… so be extremely careful what you wish for!

Bought this to try encourage labour. Drank one daily for 6 days and then went into labour, at 39 weeks and 6 days. No guarantee this is what did it though, as I was also doing stretches, walks and using a yoga ball. Could have a been a combination.
Do remember that if you are using this to try to induce labour to be careful and not drink loads each day. Start with one only. Overdoing it isn’t good for you or baby! Other than that, it tastes ok.

The taste is nice. I used this tea a couple of weeks before being induced. I am not sure if it did anything but it was a nice drink to cut down on drinking coffee.

I bought this whilst pregnant and was delighted to find it’s a really nice peppermint flavour, not raspberry as the name suggests! A really nice tea.
