If delivery is attempted while you’re unavailable, a card will typically be left instructing you to collect the parcel from your local collection point.

Alternatively, you can reschedule your delivery by tracking your parcel on the delivery partner’s website using the provided tracking details (sent via email, including courier and tracking number). This allows you to request a delivery date that suits your convenience.


What should I know about all international orders and customs fees?

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, customs fees, and import duties upon delivery, which are assessed based on the order value and tax-free thresholds, if applicable, in the destination country. Responsibility for payment lies with the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.

We are unable to cover additional charges incurred during customs clearance, and unfortunately, international delivery costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty. This policy applies to shipments returned by the customer, courier, those failing customs clearance, or rejected upon delivery. For further details, contact your local customs office.

If your package is rejected at the recipient country’s customs/border and is returned to sender, we will refund you the product cost in full, excluding the postage fee paid to reach the recipient country.

I would like to refund my order?

We guarantee a refund for any unopened items that you’re not entirely satisfied with, within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in undamaged, unopened, in an entirely resellable condition. To initiate the return process, kindly liaise with our Customer Service team. Payment will be credited back to your original method of payment, and you’ll receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. Please note that returns requested after 7 days will not be refunded, and the customer is responsible for postage costs. Refunds will be issued for the full value of the product, excluding postage.

Please handle all items with care and ensure they are returned unused and sealed in their original packaging. We regret that we are unable to accept returns if these instructions have not been followed.

I have received incorrect/faulty goods?

If you’ve received incorrect or faulty goods, please contact immediately, quoting your order number and the details of the product you intended to purchase. Please specify the issue with the received item and whether you require a refund or replacement. We will then provide guidance on the return process.

I would like to cancel my order?

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order or any item purchased online from NutraTea, for a full refund. If you have not yet received your order, please contact as soon as possible to arrange cancellation before dispatch. All orders can be cancelled anytime before processing. Once your order has been processed and confirmation email sent, we are unable to amend or cancel your order.
