Lemongrass Tea
Fragrant lemongrass is best known as an ingredient in Southeast Asian dishes but it has also been used medicinally in many cultures. Its lifting, mildly citrus flavour makes it a delicious addition to this flagship blend.
Lemongrass contains several antioxidants, giving it anti-inflammatory properties. It is also a natural antimicrobial, helping to fight off infections caused by bacteria and fungi. This includes those that cause tooth decay, so drinking lemongrass tea may help to keep your smile bright.
In many countries, lemongrass is a traditional remedy for digestive issues and headaches. It is also said to be a very calming herb, soothing anxiety and helping you get a better night’s sleep.
Ginger Tea
The second ingredient in this flagship blend is ginger, which pairs beautifully with lemongrass to make this a light and uplifting tea. Ginger is a favourite herbal tea ingredient for many of us, both because of its warm and spicy taste and for its health benefits.
A traditional remedy for coughs and cold symptoms, ginger is both antiviral and antibacterial, helping your body fight off sickness and recover faster. It’s also well known for soothing digestive issues and calming nausea, including travel sickness and morning sickness.
Ginger’s warming nature makes it a great choice for supporting your joint health too, as it is an anti-inflammatory and a natural painkiller. In Ayurveda, ginger is considered a universal medicine, clearing toxins from the body, increasing circulation, and boosting the digestion.

Like the flavor just hoped for a little stronger.

I got this tea to help with heartburn and pretty bad nausea and it genuinely helps. I love that you can use them a few times so 1 teabag will last me a day for 3 teas. There isn’t any flavour loss each time either. I also love the fact that it’s minimal ingredients. I was using some other brands before, but they either included pu’er tea or something else that would not help heartburn in the slightest.
